Family

Behind every professional achievement stood a devoted husband and father. Family remained central throughout Monty's life.

His curiosity, creativity, and compassion influenced those around him long after individual business accomplishments faded. The Roberts family of St. Louis traces its roots in the city to the early 1800s — a lineage of lawyers, marketers, and entrepreneurs who each, in their own field, built something lasting.

Lora Lee Roberts

Monty's wife, Lora Lee Roberts, was an accomplished entrepreneur in her own right — a businesswoman who started and owned companies across multiple industries, as well as a watercolor artist and writer. Her life and work are preserved in a dedicated family archive at loraleeroberts.com.

Timothy Munro Roberts

Monty's son Timothy Munro Roberts became a technology entrepreneur, founding companies that created thousands of jobs and earning patents in cloud commerce. He carries the family tradition of building into a new century. His official site is timothymunroroberts.com.
